Reflection- As I reflect on when I first read this assignment I remember thinking, "Oh my goodness" I can't do this", and after completing the assignment I am filled with gratefulness because it helped to build my confidence. I have a clear picture of where i'm headed in my career journey as well as what I'm looking for in my career. This research of myself revealed my confidence in my skills, my personality and what type of career fits, and what I value most. The assignment from beginning to end was the greatest learning for me and allowed me to put together the knowledge I have gained through the Organizational Leadership journey.
