The Human Resource framework deals with people, hiring, firing, training, and ensures that policy's and laws around these areas are followed. The more recent responsibilities of the Human resources department is to protect the rights of the employees as well as the organization whereas in the past human resources responsibilities were to the organization and as our text states "people were seen as objects or tools"( Artistry, Choice, and Leadership, Reframing Organizations, sixth edition.
